THE INTERVIEW
  
The interview consists of contact between two people with the opportunity of discussing areas of mutual benefit and to explore common ideas. The interview is crucial to the selection process and you must be extremely well prepared.
BEFORE THE INTERVIEW

  • Carefully prepare your Résumé, and familiarizes with.
  • Know the job description and the position.
  • Thoroughly investigate the company. Some of it you can do by the Internet.
  • Practice the interview, responding to difficult questions.
DURING THE INTERVIEW

  • Be clear and direct.
  • Smile and maintain eye contact.
  • Listen attentively to questions.
  • Answer questions concisely.
  • Be brief and specific.
  • Demonstrate that you are positive, motivated, warm and pleasant.
  • Use natural language and vary your tone of voice.
