Preselección Empresarial offers your company a new service, called "Personnel Evaluation by Competencies".
This new technique in the area of Human Resources is applied with outstanding results in processes that have to do with recruiting, training, identification of fast-track employees and/or career planning.
It includes the following steps:
- Definition of the Work Competencies and the required level for a satisfactory performance in the job position.
- Live evaluation of the candidates in work groups (Assessment Centers) with the use of exercises specially designed to meet the needs of our Business Partner.
- Presentation of Reports per candidate with specific recommendations.
