This new technique in the area of Human Resources is applied with outstanding results in processes that have to do with recruiting, training, identification of fast-track employees and/or career planning.

It includes the following steps:

• Definition of the Work Competencies and the required level for a satisfactory performance in the job position.
• Live evaluation of the candidates in work groups (Assessment Centers) with the use of exercises specially designed to meet the needs of our Business Partner.
• Presentation of Reports per candidate with specific recommendations.
